Civerolo, Gralow, Hill & Curtis' Trust and Estates Practice Group, Roberto C. Armijo provides all legal services necessary to guide a decedent's survivors through a probate, whether routine or highly contested.

The Department also offers estate planning services, including preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other documents.

Like the other departments of the firm, the attorneys and staff of the Trust and Estates Practice Group conduct litigation and prepare legal documents using a team approach combined with the latest in computer technology. The goal is to achieve the best possible result for the client at a reasonable fee.

Members of the department have participated in numerous appellate decisions on probate law, including:

• Eoff v. Forrest, 109 N.M. 695, 789 P.2d 1262 (1990).

• Roybal v. Morris, 100 N.M. 305, 669 P.2d 1100 (Ct.App. 1983).

• Lucero v. Lucero, 118 N.M. 636, 884 P.2d 527 (Ct.App. 1994).
