Experience
Mr. Gralow is an experienced litigator. He has tried more than 90 jury trials to conclusion and 75 non-jury trials to conclusion. Mr. Gralow's primary areas of practice involve insurance bad faith law, products liability law, vehicular accidents, legal malpractice and insurance coverage questions.
Mr. Gralow has made presentations on civil procedure, handling of accident reconstruction experts, uninsured motorist coverage, ethics, and commercial insurance coverage to professional groups. He was a speaker on bad faith litigation in New Mexico seminars in 1995 and 1996. Mr. Gralow also spoke on insurance coverage issues and bad faith claims in 1989 and was a speaker at "Trying the Automobile Injury Case in New Mexico" in 1990 and at "Current Developments in Products Liability in New Mexico" in 1998.

Mr. Gralow is on the governing board of the Defense Lawyers Association of the State of New Mexico, has been on the governor's Tort Reform Conference, and has served on the committee for revision of the local rules of the Second Judicial District. He was the lawyer member of the Supreme Court committee governing court reporters and tape monitors for ten years. Mr. Gralow also served as a member of the State Bar Committee on revising the procedure for judicial selection participants.
